Taxes
A 6% surcharge of Goods & Services Tax (GST) is applicable to all
orders. This is automatically added to all orders and you can view this
at the time of your purchase.
In some provinces, there are applicable Provincial Sales Taxes (PST or HST). However, these only apply to some baskets such as those with the addition of an alcoholic beverage or specific clothing products. If your basket will be charged PST, we will make sure to notify you.
Shipping
We offer shipping to any location within Canada! For orders that need
to be delivered within the USA, we offer convenient and reliable
referral services. Please call us if you are ordering from the USA.
Costs
If you are shipping different baskets to different destinations, please place seperate orders or contact our customer service department at 604-273-2700 or Toll-Free 1-877-644-3863 with your order.

GVRD (Greater Vancouver) Only - 1 to 2 Days: $10 per item
Anywhere in BC - 3 to 5 Days: $15 per item
Anywhere in BC - 2 Days Express: $30 per item
Anywhere in Canada - 4 to 7 Days: $15 per item
Anywhere in Canada - 2 Days Express: $50 per item
Shipping information may change during the busy holiday season in December.
Please note: "Anywhere in BC" 2-day express delivery applies to areas accessible by Fedex and regular courier services by normal routes. Gift baskets being sent to small towns, rural areas, farms, etc. require additional travel time and cannot be guaranteed for 2-day delivery. If you are sending a gift basket to a remote area, please inquire about delivery beforehand by calling us at Toll Free 1-877-644-3863 (Local 604-618-3336). During busy seasons, such as Christmas and Valentine's, gift basket and flower delivery for next-day cannot be guaranteed and we suggest ordering a few days beforehand for a timely delivery. This is due limitations of service provided by Fedex and regular courier services.
Customer Appreciation
If your purchase today exceeds $500, you will receive a 5% (five percent) discount! The discount will be processed automatically and will be marked in the "Discount" section of your receipt.
Refunds & Exchanges
At CGS, we value our customers and also recognize their right to receive the gift basket they had ordered. If your gift basket arrives at the shipping address damaged, or if it is lost in transit, or if it is delivered to the incorrect address at our fault, we will be happy to replace the gift basket or refund the purchase price. If the gift basket is delivered at the wrong address due to incorrect information from the customer, we are happy to arrange the delivery to the appropriate address at an additional cost. If, before the gift basket has been prepared, you would like to cancel your order, we will process a full refund. If, after the gift basket has been prepared, you would like a refund, we will be happy to refund the purchase price of your gift basket minus the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee, provided you return the gift basket to us in its original condition and packaging.
